Maraschino Cherries Cheesecake
This cheesecake has a baked crust and filling. So, if you're looking for a plain and delicious cheesecake, this is your recipe.

The crust

Grab a 9-inch diameter springform pan {or a pie plate}. Grease with butter its bottom and sides. Set aside.
Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Over medium heat, in a small/medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter.
Place the graham cracker in the bowl of a food processor {or a blender} and grind to a fine crumb. Pour the melted butter and blend until butter is well incorporated.
Drop the mixture into a 9-inch diameter springform pan {or a pie plate} and press with a spoon until sides and bottom are evenly coated with crust. Set aside.

The Filling

Place the cream cheese, the eggs and the sweetened condensed milk in the bowl of a food processor {or a blender}. Blend until all is combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cheesecake crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a skewer is inserted in the center and come clean.
Place the cheesecake onto a cool rack. After it is cooled, pour the Maraschino cherries and place in the refrigerator.
