Herb Buttered Popcorn
It is not a simple and ordinary popcorn! Man, it is a herb buttered popcorn! Plus more: grated Parmesan Cheese! Ta-da!

Herb butter...

Mash the butter until it gets softened. Add oregano, thyme, lime zest and pepper.
Mash until all is combined. Then, drop the Parmesan cheese and mince once again until all is incorporated.
Place this mashed butter onto parchment paper. Wrap it and set aside. If you live in a place with a hot weather just like mine, you can take the butter to the fridge.


Dice the butter into small pieces. Set aside.
In a large saucepan over a medium-high heat, melt butter. Once it is melted, drop popcorn kernels. Stir for a while until kernels start to pop. Cover the saucepan with a lid.
Once the popping slows down, turn of the heat and wait until the last popcorn kernel pops. Remove the lid carefully, season with salt and the diced butter. Cover the saucepan with the lid and shake it a little. Let the saucepan covered for a minute.
Grab a large bowl and drop the popcorn into it.
